April 4 represented the 46th anniversary of the assassination of Dr.
Martin Luther King, Jr. in 1968. The Civil Rights and Anti-war
movement leader was in Memphis to support a sanitation workers strike
that began in early February.

The Pan-African Journal is an audio news magazine dedicated to
providing information and analysis of the situation on the continent,
the Diaspora and the international community in general.

There is a Pan-African News Wire segment of the program where some of
