“I stated earlier the person who can allocate a president for every tribe and individual can succeed to lead Somalia and I believe that the people of Baidao do not want to relate with the Mogadishu administration.” Said Proff Saed SH Samatar .

On the other hand, he had put remark on the territory disputes and the recurrent military tensions between Puntland and Somaliland saying that the people of the disputed regions are divided and affiliated to the two states.

This scholar has disparaged Puntland government accusing president Abdiweli Gaas of not leading the government but rather rallied on some of his government members to do his work.

Nevertheless the professor has blamed Somaliland president Ahmed Silanyo alike Puntland saying he also failed to lead Somaliland and some members of his government minister rules the state instead.

He highlighted that Somali from Puntland, Somaliland and the Somali government politicians taking advantage of the anarchy era in Somalia as a way of bringing foreign countries into Somali waters for mass fishing in exchange of money.
