The program features our regular PANW report with dispatches on the Tanzanian United Nations peacekeepers who were recently killed in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC); the oil industry in Angola is currently undergoing a change of leadership; President Joseph Kabila of the DRC wants to label the rebel groups involved in violent attacks in various parts of the country as terrorists; and the South West Africa People's Organization (SWAPO) has elected a new politburo for the ruling party.

In the second hour we will turn our attention to the 50th anniversary of the Massey Lectures delivered by Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. over the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC).
